Case Studies
Most trademark practices can use TM TKO at zero cost to your firm. The key is watching – TM TKO has no additional cost per watch.
90% more marks watched
70% watch costs for clients
11-20 2(d) cite projects per year
For a solo practice with 350 active US applications and registrations and 35 US watches, vendor fees from the two large vendors would cost $8,750. Assign a proportionate percentage of the TM TKO subscription to each watch client, and TM TKO is free to the practice – and each clients' cost drops from $250 per watch per year to $75 per watch per year.
The firm can then watch, free of charge, the other 300 marks in its portfolio. With ten times the number of watches, including dozens of 2(d) citations referencing its clients marks per year, the opportunities for developing more high-value work from the firm's existing clients is substantial.

70+ 2(d) cite projects per year

Assign a proportionate percentage of the TM TKO subscription to each watch client, and TM TKO is free to the practice – and each clients' cost drops from $250 per watch per year to $25 per watch per year.
The firm can then watch, free of charge, the other 3300 marks in its portfolio. With ten times the number of watches, including dozens of 2(d) citations referencing its clients marks per year, the opportunities for developing more high-value work from the firm's existing clients is substantial.

For a fifteen-person practice with 8500 active US applications and registrations and 500 US watches, vendor fees from the two large vendors would cost $125,000. Assign a proportionate percentage of the TM TKO subscription to each watch client, and TM TKO is free to the practice – and each clients' cost drops from $250 per watch per year to $30 per watch per year.
